Sara Mendez gets a job as a computer support specialist at ConTak Communications. She begins as an assistant to Brian Davison, the manager of the IT Department. Sara helps define the technical needs of the staff and decides on purchases. She sets up office and network equipment, troubleshoots and gives technical support to IT employees and clients. She also helps in website design and sets up video conferences.
